I don't understand the logic of this, to be honest. Why is it that if the southern states have higher taxes, then it also works for us? Most likely, our economy depends on the south of states. By the way, I have experienced what it is like to pay a lot of money for real estate. Recently I came across an interesting article about investing in one project, playlouder.com. And I was eager to buy a property in Belize. And how I was pleasantly surprised at how low real estate taxes are there, unlike the state of New York. Therefore, if someone wants to make money on real estate, I advise you to do the same as I do:)

In our realities, it isn't easy to understand what is happening in the housing market. The collapse of energy and food prices leads to an increase in prices in all spheres of activity. I recently read in Tim Thomas whether or not a housing market crash is imminent. To understand the situation, we need to do a little research about what is going on in the local real estate market. It is quite profitable, with the right options for investing its capital. But it is very difficult to predict all the risks that exist at the moment. I would like to wish success to those entering this path of activity.
