At a Farmfest listening session with farmers in Minnesota, Perdue hit back at the complaints about current farm problems with his joke: “What do you call two farmers in a basement? A whine cellar.”
As he pounded the table in mirth, some of the thousands of farmers at the event laughed nervously — which was followed by boos.
Is this how the present administration feels about the Ag sector? I am appalled. It was a sad day for the American farmer for us to let it pass. Perdue should be called out. Earl Butz is turning in his grave.
Everyone is complaining about the corn estimates for this fall. Maybe the Ag dept. is messing around with data to distort it?
More and more I do not trust this administration..I am tried of all of the winning that is being bragged about in the White House.
