Smithfield Saves Premium Standard

Betsy Freese, SF Swine Editor, tells a story you can't put down.  How far the swine industry has some since Premium Standard opened it's doors.  And how far it's come since you and I cleaned hog pens with a fork and shovel.

 

This is a fascinating read.
