I expect Kay just overlooked the fact you need minerals and vitamins in the ration too. Missing the proper minerals will lead to problems as the pig grows and can not develop bones properly.
Cows milk may be OK for older pigs but will be quite expensive. Really young pigs need more than cows milk.
