I am hearing 50% still test postive in the sow herd after being given the feed backs. Talked to a producer yesterday that will be idle till June. He gets his base but no incentives. His buildings are paid for but another neighbor just built some new barns last year tunnel ventilated 4400 head barns they are sitting empty right now!
