My PTO cannot be engaged/disengaged by the normal lever on the steering column. I had to remove the floorboard to access directly the shift lever in order to engage/disengage via a lever. Any ideas?
Sounds link the linkage is loose. Probably a cotter key feel out. Start at one end and follow it till you find it. I had it happen on a 2840 a couple times.
