My F350 wipers run fine on high but not on low. Is it likely the switch or the motor? The windshield washer function doesn't work either. It has fluid in it.
Not likely the motor. Most wipers use resisters to cut the voltage to the motor on lower speeds. Could be a burned our resister and sometimes they are part of the switch. I don't know what a F 350 uses.
