It was the solenoid. Just in case anyone else has this problem. I called around to find a solenoid and a mechanic told me he has replaced some that only lasted a few months. He suggested running a cable to the cab to manually open and close the valve. Is this legal, cause a problem with DOT inspection or anything like that.
