High Fender on JD 7530 causes poor visibility for rockpicker--any solutions?
Does anyone else out there with a JD 7530 have trouble seeing their implement like a rock picker or a sickle mower because their fender obstructs their view? For this spring I removed the fender completely per photo. Has anyone ever tried to put a fender like from a ten series tractor (7810) in place of the factory installed one. The 10 series fender has the tail light mounted in a housing to the rear and has much improved visibility.

Re: High Fender on JD 7530 causes poor visibility for rockpicker--any solutions?
All of my equipment is old enough that it was built before visibility and comfort were issues. HA. HA. I said old, but not worn out. Honestly, I'm a red paint guy and have no idea. I've got a neighbor with a 7530 and I think a 7730, not real sure of the models. He uses a lot of 3pt. Attachments so I'll ask him next time I see him.
