JD vac fans dust build-up

Haveing problem with dust on vac fan causes to run out of balance and take out motor seal.  Looks like seed treat and talc

They usually are taken out if you reverse the flow on the remote... Is this the case?

Could be that the fan is not mounted square too.

I've never seen this problem... Maybe blow out the vac area?

I agree with 89, I've never heard of this. If it were mine I'd clean it from end to end and see what that accomplishes. Be sure the fan isn't turning faster than necessary during planting. Good luck, hope you get it worked out.
