This is a cool old machine I found on Google Plus. So cool!

Road with my dad when he cut acre after acre with one of those. He had his on a WD45. Same PTO with no shield. Everything would go good until the pitman arm would break. He would cut a new one out of a piece of oak. In the end it got bad about jerking the sickle heads off. That thing could really cut though.

We have a #5, great machine, simple, nerev broek down ever.

We ran it with a JD 530, makinhg hirse heifer hay in the earloy 70s.

Now parts are missing, doubt we could ever reassemble.
