The most emotional auction video I've ever shot....today at Leland, IL consignment auction of a restored 1970 JD 2020 tractor and loader. Proceeds from the tractor sale today going to help with local 25-year man's fight with terminal melanoma cancer. Tom Belinski is only 25 years old, recently bought a house in little Leland, IL, recently engaged. Tom's co-workers at AHW (Deere dealership in Somonauk, IL) got together and bought & restored the JD 2020 to sell on today's auction....to help their friend Tom. Achingly sad, but so much beauty in the love & help of friends.....here's video of the tractor selling today followed by interview with Tom Belinski, his co-workers at AHW and the buyer of the tractor:
