SDX40 pros and cons

Looking at getting a sdx40 airseeder and just wondering what people think of them.  We have a tank so would like to stick with cih.  how about maintenence and wear parts.  heard they are heavier than deere and if that is a problem in wet conditions. any advice would be helpful.  thanks

The SDX is heavier than the Deere 60 & 90-series, but it needs to be -- it's forcing a 22" blade into the soil vs an 18".  It's well-established that larger diameter opener blades require more down-pressure.  And quite a few SDX owners have had to put additional ballast on the frames of their drills, just like the JD owners.
