Water in hyd fluid in jx60 case ih tractor

How does water get in hyd system on jx60 case ih tractor . Tractor is kept inside when not in use any advice is welcome

Condensation has caused me to change my fluid 2 times in the last 4 years. Wet Brakes were too tight causing extra heat in rearend and transmission . That enhanced condensation.
