PJ,
Personally I would choose the leg system. If your system is close to
your house, the noise level on the air system will get on your nerves. A good friend
had air system on a top dry bin. Was about 150 yards behind is house, when
transferring dry corn out to the other bins at night, you could hear it in the house.
you needed a good set of ear plugs when dumping trucks. He replaced it with leg system
when he put up another storage bin.
BTW - if your gonna be moving soybeans threw the air system, you will lose
about 1/3 your capacity.

If your grain setup at all allows you to use a leg I would they are low fairly low maintiance and move quit a little grain per horsepower or motor.  But not all can make them work.

I have had an air system for corn for nearly 20 years and still like it. The noise can be mitigated but admittedly can be noisey if too close to house. The beauty of the system is the low maintenace. You will need to learn how air pressure will affect the quality of the grain delivered to the bin.
