looking to find an older john deere or cat high ho, excavator, to do some demolition of old barns and footings and dig up trees in waterways when i dont want to use my tired rubber backhoe because of tie damage. what do u look for on the older hoes like the 1980 215 on tracks.? never been around them , have had a backhoe for many years but need something bigger for farm use not commercial. which ones to stay away from or a john deere 120 which is quite a bit newer but more money also? thanks for any advice. just looking now over winter thanks
