Saturday (Oct. 27, 2012) on small farm auction in northeast Iowa (Elkader, IA) a nice 1993 CaseIH 695 FWA tractor (61 HP) with 3830 hours & 2250 loader & bucket sold for $17,500...strong sale price, but consistent with what I've been seeing for while now...good condition used tractors < 100 HP have been inching up in value.
