This is just an observation. Three White planters in my neighborhood all plant very good stand and spacing. None of the owners are known for being especially good at maintenance and adjustment. Lots of Deere planters around the ones that plant well are owned by the few guys that are known for upkeep and maticulusly adjusting their machinery. View from across the fence and driving down the road tells me the White is a better planter. Whowever I have had trouble getting parts. I have many other piecses of green machinery and never had trouble getting parts for any of it.
