12b gone and 11b in jeopardy.

Not much chatter from you know who. Its all about managing risk. I hope he didn't drink his own cool-aid . Bulls and bears both make money, pigs get slaughtered, and it ain't over yet. This thing is going much lower than most people think. Keep your powder dry.

Wrestler. If I wanted to get long as a purely fun speculative play what level would u look at? $4.25? 4? Sub 4?

Buckley, could be sub 3.....it's the new economic rule of thumb........more in jeopardy production is, the lower the price goes.......come on, get with the programSmiley Happy

Re: 12b gone and 11b in jeopardy.

Ok with me.......It would be okay to have very low priced corn for the month of October.   Insurance checks would be welcomed for US farmers.  SA farmers would scrap plans to plant so much corn. Then, once the combines roll, farmers fill up their storage, and the real truth is known of the crop size.  Importers then can decide they really had better fill up on US corn.   The market can then rally into the new year......If it doesn't rally, next year's corn acreage will be somewhere south of 90 million acres...(Even by USDA's numbers!).......and we start this thing all over again.

all i know - I've not seen commercials this long in 6 years, including end of 2008 when price took out $3.00 - in case some of you have forgotton who the commercials are, their historic extreme positions match historic swing points in the price!!!

Roaring, my thoughts exactly. I was just hoping to get a guy calling for "lower than most people think" to put a number to it.

That way there's room to come back later and say he knew how low it was going.
