Typical press release leading into a new administration.

Setting up the push for a huge infra-structure spending spree that is common with new presidents.

It looks like 10 billion was included in the package that will be voted on soon for projects the Army Corp of Engineers has in the pipeline.

Any of these projects for lock & dam upgrades on the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers?  Doesn't seem like enough money for that kind of work.
