We are planning for a complete disaster in se Mi.
The big grain merchants are down playing the severaty of this on the phone. Surely they must know. I would think new crop corn basis would be option at least to secure what little bu there will be in this area come fall.

Re: 300 Mil and Mounting
Saw some mention above about SDS and white mold in soybeans -- with all the moisture and some cooler temps, where and when do we need to start taking notice of potential soybean rust? Lot of things coming into play on these beans, not to mention thinner stands, late planting, and just noticed today, gazillions of tiny grasshoppers at the field edges.
Soybean rust (SBR) has been found in Louisiana, Florida and Texas so far this year. SBR was detected in 106 counties in the U.S. in 2014. This was a relatively low number compared to previous years.
