33 pennies is the positive carry till Jan on corn here
15¢ on beans into the first of the year.
With the cash rally going on and a carry like that how can you not afford bins?

Here it is 11 cents. That combined with the fact that our coop dries it cheaper than we can ourselves, unloads it faster, and takes all the spoilage risk, makes bins very difficult to justify unless you plan to store into the summer.

Bins have done nothing for the bottom line around here the last two/three yrs.Big money lost carrying2013 crops for any period of time.
