The number, by my count, that the DJIA has crossed 13,000 over the last few days.
I have no idea the significance, if any, but I've never seen anything like it.

Actually to put it more accurately the currencies that they are denominated in tend to go down over time.

Saudi pipeline blowing didn't help, I'm sure, but anyway.
Coming out of the tip of the big rising wedge, I'd consider a full ouside weekly key reversal to be pretty strong evidence of a potential top. That would require a close tomorrow below 12,880.
