Anyone from here going to the premier of Farmland?
On May 1, Illinois farmers will take a break from spring planting and chores to spend an evening in downtown Chicago for the local premiere of the new documentary, "Farmland." There are still seats available and they're hoping you will join them.
From Academy Award®-winning director James Moll, "Farmland" goes behind the scenes with young farmers from across the country to see how they are changing the world of agriculture. Immediately following the screening, there will be a short panel discussion featuring Illinois farmers Eldon and Sandy Gould, Maple Park; Deb Moore, Roseville; and Katie Pratt, Dixon. These farmers are part of Illinois Farm Families® and will provide a local perspective on today's farming challenges.
