Re: Baseball in Iowa
It’s apparently being suggested that they hold another of these some year in Chisholm.

Re: Baseball in Iowa
Hoping that you enjoyed that.
Scored twice as many points than the boys in Purple did down the street.

Re: Baseball in Iowa
Yes, we saw Vikings fans leaving early, the Broncos kicked their butts by the 3rd quarter. The Rays didn`t get one point. A foul ball off a Rays hitter went up to sec 216 bounced off a railing and a older lady coming back from getting food caught it, good for her! We had excellent seats and a great time. Son, played poker at Canterbury til about 3, Daughter shopped...fun day.

Re: Baseball in Iowa
Good thing you didn’t catch it.
The only other time someone contacted me here about going there it was Dagwud.
He caught a foul ball. It was in his last summer.

Re: Baseball in Iowa
Yes I recall Dagwud caught a live Twins game and passed away shortly after, I didn`t realize he had caught a foul. But, he had the big C at the time. R.iP Dagwud. Was last night the only game where the 1991 Twins were hosted? It was great seeing them. Had to laugh, the announcer said "Herbie has a outdoors show" my Son only knows Hrbek from his show 🙂

Re: Baseball in Iowa
They tend to recognize the 87 and 91 teams on 5 and 10 year anniversaries.
The way it’s going that will still be all we’ve got to celebrate in 2087 and 2091.
