I'd like to hear if there is any move to contracting corn or soybeans for export.  That is, is China contracting beans at the farm or cooperative level?

Is Chinau= directly or indirectly  supporting infrastructure development in SA?

Yes, the Chinese are involved in many sorts of business. For instance, there are cooperatives exchanging soybeans for tractors.

 

With regards to infrastructure, Brazil is not the most open country to international investment in this area. The bidding process is very complicated to build road, for example.. Therefore, their power to do that is limited. What they have accomplished is an investment on energy distribution through the state-run company State Grid.
