more ethanol production and/or less interest in importing US ethanol??

2 years out........less for corn and soya means less export comp.......2014 mandate equals over 5b........thus net zero or pos

The site also has a link stating that sugar traded at a 4 week high today, because EU needs it. Also sugar production is not much higher than last year the article states. So who knows?
