I'm a little slow this morning Hobby, what did they estimate on their last report?  I would be scared to make a guess, there is so much of the crop that never gets seen by more than just a few eyes.

Was this a poll of fermers, traders, elevator operators? By the response rates it was mostly farmers in northern Iowa.

The way I read this is no one at Bunge thinks it will be under 155.

Read it again, the first line is 155 or lower.

Just got this from NW KS missed almost every rain ALL year

The heading on the e-mail was "stick a fork in it"

Somewhere someone is going to have to have one heck of a crop to counter act all the dryland acres out west. Mine isn't the only one that looks like this.. bet we don't have to leave strips by the time the adjuster gets to this one.

My Iowa stuff can't do good enough to make a decent average between the two.

That was my point tooclose. Bunge doesn't think the USDA will come in under 155 on this report otherwise they would have offered some additional lower ranges to pick from. Bunge may be right in thinking the USDA will not make a major downward revision in this report.
