Cargill - Blair, NE

Cargill Blair's bid for August 2013 is + $1.35 basis Sept 13. I'm not sure but a person could probably do a basis contract with those numbers. It looks to me like they are really hanging it out there considering ther doesn't eppear to be much chance for Sept 13 to be new crop. Is the front end load in this market going to continue up till Sept?

Poultry feed place here in va is paying 1.05 basis off of July futures for old corn right now. Looks pretty **bleep** bullish since its not quite June yet.

I thought South American corn was so cheap they could even compete with us here in the heartland.

Was that just talk and some of that smoke and Mirrors
stuff?

+1.05 on the east coast. Hmmmmm
