Sort of a fascinating tale how agriculture managed to work itself into being a permanent ward of the state.

The reality TV trade show didn’t help but having a part in stripping out the basic risk management functions of government may have sealed the deal.

But it is only human nature to blame somebody else when rash actions turn out badly.

For instance our POTUS is currently on his 6th party to shift blame onto, if my count is correct.

If a community receives a record flood and 10 feet of water across the roads, the mail probably won`t be delivered on time tomorrow.   And I suppose some will blame the "lazy mailman".

Just the facts.

Angry white folk (because things can't get any worse, so do something) put a failed heir turned reality TV personality and his idiot son in law in charge.

He proceeded to strip out the basic risk management functions of government- not that he probably had any idea what the various cranks in his partially staffed administration were up to. He then ignored dire warnings from multiple channels while touting his stock market in anticipation of the re-coronation.

We're now in for $8T in borrowing, loan guarantees and asset purchases. Probably 20-25M out of work. And we have an administration that lacks the capacity and expertise to administer a coherent program. 

But other than that, things are going swimmingly.

And notably, a few countries like Korea handled it very well.

There is no (but of course there will be, momentarily) any "yeah, but whatabout" to it.

This will be an epic fraud fest.

The knives are going to come out- in particular from people who are smart enough to know the truth but feel they have to protect something.
