Embarrassing stuff for a headline.
CHINA UNLOADS U.S. SOYBEAN CARGO AMID PUBLIC WORRIES ABOUT COST OF TRADE WAR
Reuters and SF
Can we just move this successful farming article to the Forum before it is published. What a couple of ambulance chasing rags.
The article quotes China's "facebook" in 4 paragraphs ---- blind comments on social media are not viable sources --no more than the Forum would be an export source. Jenny more than likely on Weibo.
The only knowledgable source listed is discredited by two unknown "officials" -------quote --"Sinograin said the cargo was delayed by port congestion, although two officials at Dalian port said they hadn't seen major backlogs since June." ---- That port has ships anchored & waiting to unload in large numbers continuously.
This is an article written for, or by China for the benefit of china --- even the futures expert quoted is --Tian Hao, senior analyst with First Futures in the Chinese city of Tianjin ----- probably a very inteested party with offices nowhere else in the world.-- assessment after some research.
Lets move the open forum onto the front page before we stat quoting weibo.
