Re: FCStone goes lower on corn
does it not concern you that you are in a extension period already..........
I assume the mark of FALL is the END TIMES??????
we have to ration before June or we could be out...........you are assuming SA will raise a bumper crop.........did you see my post regarding them watching shipments very closely.........
and at 2.5B we run out at current levels...........
you are right basis and BOT are funny haha........considering basis was 100+ very recently..........
o and the double crop, urban cowboy hay ground, crp ground is about as tall as a 6 inch boot...........
look at it this way...........soya are being cut in NMO.........very close to ready IA..........which tells me that any recent rains added no pods just kept what was there somewhat in tack..........
and while I put little faith in the Pro Farmer tour.........relative year to year observations can tell a story........and coming in 20-30% under on pod counts tells me it is not there, and I believe one of their summary lines read like this.........for these numbers to happen the soya acres need a rain..........well not all got that rain in a timely manner.........also, remember the tours route........it goes thru corn country..........a lot of good soya yields are south of that tour line..........good soya yields that this year will be near 0...........they didnt get into the really bad stuff, that is sometimes really good........
0 and 50 average to 25...........not saying we go that low............but think about it.......
and I will be the first to admit that I thought soya were done at 15ish.........they have kept going.........I will also be the first to admit that if you wanna price something for 2013..........look at soya..........
