Shaggy if I were you and suffering from drought, I wouldn't be thinking this (graphic below) has a high chance of relieving much pressure. I've been there, though not the last few years. It gets tiring looking at forecasts and at the sky. Lately we've mostly been fighting with standing water and mud in this part of the world. And since I'm in the big blue zone---there's more to come. We need heat and wind. Badly.
