Is that China short squeeze the reason for this morning's rally?

Re: Floor Talk April 15

Hey,

Some people may be wondering what happened with last month's trucker strike in Brazil - which all of a sudden ended. I just found out about it. The majority of truckers agreed to a cease fire conditioning that if solutions are presented until April 22. Right now, I've heard from truckers union leaders that the government would not bring an adequate proposal until that deadline. So this means that a strike can start next week. By late February and early March, several major highways were blocked in several states of the country. Truckers demand lower fuel taxes (increased in February), better infrastructure on roads, and the possibility of working more hours.
