Chi vol is a non-factor...if you mean you don't pay attn to futures price -- your missing out, then................
the futures really do follow economics, eventually....they have to
most elec volume is adm, cargill, bunge, etc -- the physicals
for example, soybeans are up sharply over the last 2 days b/c economics and the strong commercial hands covered a lot of shorts previous week.
a producer has to sell their product to a merchant to make money...merchants are the strongest hands in the FUTURES mkt=price???

No catch Shaggy, the company I sell seed for has a 100% replant policy. We only reimberse the dollar amount spent on wheat seed and put that money towards corn or soybean seed. Some wheat in this area looks great and some didnt do so well. It just depends on when the field was planted and the location of it.

No Shaggy we dont have much wheat grown here. In order for wheat to compete with corn it has to yield 70-100 bu.
