Floor Talk April 21
At the close:
The July corn futures contract closed 6 3/4 cents lower at $4.93. The Dec. corn futures settled 6 cents lower at $4.90. The July soybean futures contract ended 15 cents lower at $14.87. The Nov. soybean futures closed 15 cents lower at $12.23. July wheat futures finished 23 cents lower at $6.75 per bushel.
In the outside markets, the Brent crude oil is $0.16 per barrel higher, the dollar is higher and the Dow Jones Industrials are 40 points higher.

At 12-Noon:
At mid-session, the July corn futures contract is trading 8 cents lower at $4.92. The Dec. corn futures are trading 8 cents lower at $4.88. The July soybean futures contract is 23 3/4 cents lower at $14.78. The Nov. soybean futures are trading 23 cents lower at $12.16. July wheat futures are 25 cents lower at $6.73 per bushel. The July soymeal futures contract is trading $6.20 per short ton lower at $471.80. The July soyoil futures are trading $0.58 lower at $43.08.
In the outside markets, the Brent crude oil is $0.02 per barrel lower, the dollar is higher and the Dow Jones Industrials are 30 points higher.

At 7:20am:
Early calls: Corn is seen 2-4 cents lower, soybeans 12-14 cents lower, and wheat 10-12 cents lower.
Trackers:
Overnight grain, soybean markets=Trading lower.
Brent Crude Oil=$0.41 per barrel higher.
Dollar= Higher.
Wall Street=Seen higher, as more earnings reports are on-tap.
World Markets=Europe stocks were mixed, Asia/Pacific stocks mostly higher.

It will probably be down the limit because of pictures posted on a certain farm site over the weekend of planters rolling in Iowa.
