Guess the item and number under each shell.
It's supposedly not a shell game or carnival.

The corn crop is smaller..........and going to continue to get smaller.
I hope end users have taken advantage of the lower prices.

Re: If it's a record high yld in ....
If it's supposedly a record high yield for Ill, IN & Ohio with the low yields coming in Minn & SD but on balance an overall low yield year then it must be seriously bad in SD & Minn.

Re: If it's a record high yld in ....
That may not be the case at all. I haven’t heard or seen any record crops in Illinois. Strip a few ears yesterday because a local told me his was only looking like 130. Mine is 12-14 rows by only 35-40 long. Which depending on area in the field is only 150-165bu. Per acre. That’s well below are avg here. Local 178bu corn 47 bu beans. I’m hearing much worse in areas of Illinois and Indiana. Record crop here would be 220 corn and 65 soybeans. Far from records this season.

Say 170 bu corn by Sept
Report.
Beans say 45..
I did think we'd have 14.2 to 14.4billion corn.. Looks now like more like a 13.7 billion crop.
Just a tough finish ongoing Now for crops.
