Corn and soybeans were little changed overnight as investors weigh declining crop conditions -- both fell 1 percentage point -- against last week's USDA forecasts for higher production, yields and stockpiles. Wheat was higher on bargain hunting after yesterday's decline. Corn rose 2 cents, beans were up a penny and wheat gained 5-6 cents overnight. Export inspections were lower week-to-week and are down on an annual basis, the USDA said in a report on Monday. In weather news, a storm moving out of Texas into Oklahoma may bring floods to the Sooner state today and tomorrow, the National Weather Service said.
