Corn ratings fell for the first time this year, so naturally prices are lower overnight. I guess maybe I don't understand, but isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Anyway, corn ratings declined by 2 percentage points to 74% week-over-week, led by Ohio which fell 7 points. Not too surprising considering how dry it's been up that way. Hopefully they can catch some of the rain parts of the Midwest will reportedly get this week.
Here's what happened overnight:
Brent Crude Oil = 0.3% higher.
West Texas Intermediate Crude Oil = 0.4% higher.
Dollar = up 0.1%.
Wall Street = U.S. stock futures slightly higher in overnight trading.
World Markets = Global stocks rise with oil futures.
