At the close:

 

At the close, the March corn futures finished 6¢ lower at $4.20 1/2. May corn futures closed 5 1/4¢ lower at $4.23 3/4.

January soybean futures ended 5 1/4¢ lower at $11.63 1/4. March soybean futures finished 5 1/4¢ lower at $11.65.

March wheat futures closed 9¢ lower at $5.75 1/2.

Jan. soymeal futures settled $4.50 per short ton lower at $385.50.


Jan. soy oil futures finished 0.68 of a cent higher at 38.41¢ per pound.



In the outside markets, the NYMEX crude oil market is $0.35 per barrel higher (+0.77%) at $45.99. The U.S. dollar is higher, and the Dow Jones Industrials are 172 points higher (+0.58%) 30,141 points.

At midsession, the March corn futures are 4¢ lower at $4.22 1/2. May corn futures are 3 1/4¢ lower at $4.25 3/4.

January soybean futures are 4¢ lower at $11.64 1/4. March soybean futures are 4 1/4¢ lower at $11.66.

March wheat futures are 8 1/4¢ lower at $5.75 1/2.

Jan. soymeal futures are $2.90 per short ton lower at $387.10.


Jan. soy oil futures are 0.43 of a cent higher at 38.16¢ per pound.



In the outside markets, the NYMEX crude oil market is $0.46 per barrel higher (+1.01%) at $46.10. The U.S. dollar is lower, and the Dow Jones Industrials are 184 points higher (+0.61%) 30,152 points.
