I'd be timid also.  Could be nothing more than smoke and mirrors to make it look like they are following through on trade agreements.  Would you trust them ?  They have been stealing everything from us for 3 decades .  They could buy a trillion bushels of corn and soybeans and it still wouldn't even up the trade imbalance.

Good bullish news and the idiot traders ignore it what a shock. When is the usda and traders gonna take notice of the drought monitor oh wait they won't they just bury their heads in the sand and pretend it's not happening.

0.92 million metric tons is at least a start on the 40-50 million ton they need to buy to meet their quota.
