Re: Floor Talk, June 17, 2021
Who’s selling?? It’s been asked ten times or more in the last month without an honest direct answer. Ratings and yields continue to suffer through poor conditions and this market is down consistently.

Speculators owned a lotta beans, and sold a lot, apparently.
That’s the essence of the “gives and takes away” thing.

Re: It's not like we didn't expect it.
Be honest now, it's not like we're really surprised. I've thought this market was too good to last for a while, sold my last two loads for $7.14 a few days ago. Would I have liked to hold for $8? Yeah, but what were the chances of that?
The speculators have access to satellite images, they already know how many acres of corn & beans are planted. They already know what USDA will say in a few days.

Re: It's not like we didn't expect it.
8-9% in one session!?? That’s like the Dow dropping 3,000+ in a day. Unbelievable, praying for the suicidal people. This is a perfect example of why these clowns should be regulated. If you buy it it’s delivered, and you have to have (it) to sell it. My goodness look out.
