At the close:
At the close, the May corn futures closed 2 1/4¢ higher at $5.51 1/4. July corn futures finished 2 3/4¢ higher at $5.34 1/4. New crop December corn futures closed 1 3/4¢ higher at $4.69 3/4.
May soybean futures are 5 3/4¢ higher at $14.23. July soybean futures settled 7 1/4¢ higher at $14.11 1/2. New crop November soybean futures finished 7 1/2¢ higher at $12.23 1/4.
May wheat futures closed 7 1/2¢ higher at $6.34 1/4.
May soymeal futures settled $2.20 short term higher at $398.80.
May soy oil futures closed 0.65¢ higher at 57.02¢ per pound.
In the outside markets, the NYMEX crude oil market is -3.88 lower (-6.30%) at $57.68. The U.S. dollar is higher, and the Dow Jones Industrials are 196 points lower (-0.60%) at 32,534 points.

At midsession, the May corn futures are 5¢ higher at $5.54. July corn futures are 4 1/2¢ higher at $5.36. New crop December corn futures are 2 3/4¢ higher at $4.70 3/4.
May soybean futures are 15¢ higher at $14.32 1/2. July soybean futures are 17¢ higher at $14.21 1/2. New crop November soybean futures are 14 1/2¢ higher at $12.30 1/4.
May wheat futures are 11 1/2¢ higher at $6.38 1/4.
May soymeal futures are $3.60 short term higher at $400.20.
May soy oil futures are 1.08¢ higher at 57.45¢ per pound.
In the outside markets, the NYMEX crude oil market is -2.65 lower (-4.30%) at $58.91. The U.S. dollar is higher, and the Dow Jones Industrials are 40 points lower (-0.12%) at 32,692 points.
