I'm guessing any move toward retail E-15 in quantity will be VERY slow. I'm guessing little immediate market impact. Decisions with infrastrucure cost and management at the retail level will be a slow process. I would guess that at some time, all other factors being equal that E-10 pumps would be replaced with E-15 rather than adding an additional grade - if the public accepts it and the retailer can see an advantge to it.
