Just released, a new weather forecast has a new 'heat dome' forming for the entire Midwest and Plains for the final week of July. This heat dome is expected to end by Aug.1. With the markets retreating from big earlier gains, maybe this forecast has not been distributed enough to be traded. We'll see.
