Nobody can harvest and people are going to have to rent tractors to get harvest and planting going in May.

Looks like Kansas is getting frosty..

Some low spots in my wheat that drowned out over winter, but only 1/2 acre overall. The rest has really jumped up in the past week and made a solid blanket of lush green.
Received an inch of rain yesterday and the wind blew all night. Should get all the chicken poop spread and have the planter behind me by Friday.
I think the cattle are happy to finally have green grass again! I know I am 😉

Northern Virginia. 28 degrees this morning. Almost 80 2 days ago. Supposed to settle around 65 for avg high over the next 10 days.

Just to the North of Minneapolis, going from N&S Dakota and into WI is in a winter storm warnng this mornng.  They'r esaying up to 16 inches of snow....again.  High tomorrow here is supposed to be 41.  Oh Yeah!  Next week promises to be better with highs in the mid 60's.  Looks like very little if any field work will get done though, with the ground still wet and cold, and more rain in the forecast here for next week.

Hey -  For you Norther'n' goof offs - I'm getting busy down here and looking for somebody to mow my yard - already mowed it last week - suppose to be back in the mid - high 60's the rest of the week - would like it looking good over Easter so just come on down and will get you started .
