I take it that Muslim meat processing is similar to Jewish Kosher where the animal has to be bleed out and blessed and such? If it`s no slaughter requirements you could just buy a half or whole beef and do your thing without the hassle of the icky slaughtering and all the extra laws in that. You could buy a small town locker where the owner is retiring and convert it the way you want from there. It ain`t for everyone though, make sure you want to do it before plunging your life`s savings into it.
