How much money do you plan on borrowing

to finance your commodity speculation? Your gonna weld the bin door shut right? And your'e gonna hold this crop until hell freezes over. But you got rent to pay and high priced crop inputs to pay for and taxes on that 2013 crop that you marketed after January first of 2014.

Sounds pretty dismal hunh? you aint suffered enough yet. Wait until VR Buck buys your home place. That will depress you! lol

Had over half this crop sold last January. Will not borrow a penny to seed the next crop and yes the bin doors will be locked. Vrbuck gets zero credit and doesn't have enough cash to buy me out.

Well, I`m sure not going to throw good money after bad, especially if it`s borrowed, just to try make a unlucky marketing decision look better.

Oh jeez OKdon you opened the door here for some chest pounding. I can't wait to hear hobby, red, and shaggy to tell us how rich they are.

Yep I'm rich, loving wife and kids, neighbors and friends I wouldn't trade for anything and a nice little country church that welcomes me every Sunday. Yep, I'm a very rich man.

What's that you say, you were referring about money. Oh well excuse me, my bins aren't locked and they are actually empty, but I checked my debt load and it still said 0. If being able to pay all your bills without borrowing money makes you rich, I guess I'm a rich man. BTW, in the process of putting a crop in the ground right now and it is also paid for as are my next years springs crops. If you "Fail to plan, plan to fail".

How about that, I made a comment to a thread and didn't even need to drag anyone through the mud. Sure wish a few others would do the same.

Re: How much money do you plan on borrowing

Good friend told me the banker said anything over $250 rent is on the farmer - that's as high as the bank will go.

That will catch a lot of rented land.

Landlords will get it this year, but it's hard to see how they will get the big rent next year.
