Do not think you are going to run and hide from inflationary inputs. $4.00 corn -$12.00 beans and $6'00 wheat just will not sustain in the real world of ag. The recent market moves have exemplified this in the currennt third world atmosphere.Your inputs are going to be as much or more than you have been used to.Understand the yearly chart, make discisions based on diversification, and soil needs and best results for the deverified senario!
We could be standing next to a deflationary period, but I'm not for sure... What I'm afraid is going to happen is inputs stay high, while grain supplys continue to grow and prices go down, there is more demand for inputs now then what there was 10 years ago world wide.
We'll have to find other ways of doing things. Change never comes easy for some..
