$16+ cash beans for third time in an overnight

China canceled some cargos of something from somewhere.

Why? They had to be bought cheaper than current price.

Back to their old tricks?

Overnight beans up 22 and corn up 6. I heard basis in Minnesota turned positive first time in 8 years!  I don`t want to jinx what`s going on, but there is something going on here that will only be obvious with the advantage of 20/20 hindsight.

Well its Thursday and it appears the DC "turn up the limit" game didn't phase the markets at all.  It is still acting like its doing its job.   Reflecting present activity in the grain trades.  What more can we expect?

"It's different this time"

Not so sure this will be any different in the end.

Really great prices only a few are capitalizing on (90+% sold out way cheaper). Many have presold pie in the sky bu already.

The one difference that would be nice this time is if there was a mindset difference.

Suck it up pay income tax THEN pay down debt.

With today's crop prices you can pay taxes and still have more left than what the gross income was last August September.

BTW mskes your SS check slightly bigger too. (When u get there much nicer collecting thousands instead of hundreds).

 interest is really cheap right now so maybe it'll  be different this time? Still BA's comment about guy's finally being able to pay off what they bought last time has some truth to it.

Just my musings this am.
